ByondFX is an AI-powered fitness platform that provides:

• Personalized workout generation using AI technology
• Multi-track training programs (Gym, Calisthenics, Combat Athlete)
• Social features including posts, stories, and chat
• Premium features including voice and video calls
• Virtual gifting and creator economy features
• Progress tracking and fitness level calculations

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not share your login credentials with others

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Use automated tools to access the service excessively

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on ByondFX. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within our service.

Our Content

All ByondFX content, including workouts, algorithms, designs, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used without permission.

Subscription Terms

• Premium subscriptions are billed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
• Monthly: RM 15.90 per month
• Yearly: RM 129.00 per year
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• No refunds for subscription

Virtual Gifts

Virtual gifts are purchased using MYR and are non-refundable. Gift transactions are final and cannot be reversed.

ByondFX is not a medical service. Our AI-generated workouts are based on general fitness principles and should not replace professional medical advice.

Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries.

You use our workout recommendations at your own risk. ByondFX is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from our services.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or downtime.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

We may terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, but these terms remain in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByondFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
